尽管在海洋结构中经常采用DKT节点,但还没有有效的参数化方程能确定沿着这种节点的支撑与弦杆相交位置的应力集中系数分布。研究无量纲几何参数和支撑与弦杆相交角度对应力集中系数分布的影响,分析在平衡轴向荷载作用下,沿着焊趾方向的DKT或KT节点的应力集中系数。建立参数化方程,预估焊趾360°范围内的应力集中系数分布。该方程满足英国能源部的标准要求,可用于设计。
Although DKT nodes are often used in marine structures, there is no valid parameterization equation to determine the stress concentration factor distribution along the line where the bracing and chords meet. The influence of non-dimensional geometric parameters and the angle of intersection between support and chord on the distribution of stress concentration factor is studied. The stress concentration factor of DKT or KT node along the weld toe direction under balanced axial load is analyzed. The parametric equation is established to estimate the stress concentration factor distribution within 360 ° of toe. This equation satisfies the British Department of Energy’s standard requirements and can be used for design.
