本文报告对羟基-苯乙酮和对羟基-去氧安息香二化合物的 Mannich 反应。在酸性溶剂中,以胺的盐酸盐和多聚甲醛为试剂,则羰基的鄰位碳原子上的氢原子,为氨甲基团所取代,各制得化合物(Ⅲ)、(Ⅳ)。若以双-(二烃氨基-)-甲烷为试剂,氨甲基可以取代在酚基的鄰位。由对-羟基-苯乙酮制得化合物(Ⅴ)。但与对羟基-去氧安息香反应中,除得化合物(Ⅵ)外,尚分离到化合物(Ⅳ),并且化合物(Ⅳ)、(Ⅵ)的得量,随反应时间增长,前者减少,而后者增加。
This paper reports the Mannich reaction of hydroxy-acetophenone and p-hydroxy-deoxybenzoin di-compounds. In acidic solvent, amine hydrochloride and paraformaldehyde as reagents, the carbonyl carbon atoms on the adjacent carbon atoms, the ammonia methyl groups were replaced, each compound (III), (IV). In the case of bis- (dihydrocarbylamino) -methane, the aminomethyl group may be substituted at the ortho position of the phenol group. The compound (V) was obtained from p-hydroxy-acetophenone. However, in the reaction with hydroxy-deoxybenzoin, the compound (IV) is isolated in addition to the compound (VI), and the yield of the compounds (IV) and (VI) decreases with the increase of the reaction time, increase.
