江西广丰是个“七山一水分半田”的半山、半丘陵地区,群山起伏,溪流密布,雨量充沛,蕴藏着丰富的水力资源。据测算,全县可供开发利用的水电资源达6万多千瓦,现已建成并投产的小水电站36座,装机容量1.4万多千瓦,输电线路462公里。随着小水电的发展,摆在我们面前的一项紧迫任务,就是如何加强经营管理,提高经济效益。为了解决这个问题,我们根据三中全会以来上级对发展小水电的指示精神,发动水电战线的广大干部职工,出谋献策,集思广益,总结出加强小水电经营管理的根本问题是抓改革:
Jiangxi Guangfeng is a “semi-mountain and semi-hilly area of seven mountains and one water half-field” with undulating hills and streams and abundant rainfall, which is rich in water resources. It is estimated that the county for the development and utilization of hydropower resources of more than 60,000 kilowatts, has been completed and put into operation 36 small hydropower stations, installed capacity of 14,000 kilowatts, 462 kilometers of transmission lines. With the development of small hydropower, an urgent task before us is how to strengthen management and improve economic efficiency.
