1一般资料与方法我科2012年5月-2016年5月收治胸腺瘤合并甲亢患者30例。所有患者均有轻,中度的疲乏无力,心悸气短的症状,甲状腺彩超提示甲状腺肿大。血清TT4、F4增高,TSH减低。基础代谢率轻度升高。所有患者经口服抗甲状腺药物后基础率恢复正常。检查胸CT:前纵膈占位病变,提示胸腺瘤。查肌电图及溴吡斯的明试验,发现有16例患者合并重症肌无力,根据
1 General Information and Methods Our department May 2012 - May 2016 admitted 30 cases of thymoma with hyperthyroidism.
