从血水草根茎中分离得一个抗菌有效生物碱,经理化数据分析证实为白屈菜红碱ChelerythrineC_(21)H_(19)O_5N,以盐酸酸化无水乙醇重结晶得盐酸白屈菜红碱Chelerythrin-chloridC_(21)H_(18)O_4N~+Cl~-,用氨碱化乙酸乙酯处理丙酮重结晶得乙氧基白屈菜红碱Ethoxychelerythrine C_(23)H_(23)O_6N。药理实验证明,该化合物有较强的抗菌作用,且能增强机体抵抗力。临床少数病例观察,对呼吸道感染性疾病有一定疗效,因有刺激性未推广使用。
An antibacterial effective alkaloid was isolated from the roots of blood aquatic weeds. The analysis of the managerial data confirmed that ChelerythrineC_(21)H_(19)O_5N was used to recrystallize anhydrous ethanol in hydrochloric acid to obtain Chelerythrin hydrochloride. -chloridC_(21)H_(18)O_4N~+Cl~-, recrystallized from acetone with ammonia-alkali ethyl acetate to give Etoxychelerythrine C_(23)H_(23)O_6N. Pharmacological experiments have shown that the compound has a strong antibacterial effect and can enhance the body resistance. A small number of clinical observations have a certain effect on respiratory tract infections and have not been promoted for use due to irritation.
