在世纪之交，新疆石油管理局专家委员会组织新、老专家于1999年7月初在克拉玛依勘探开发研究院，座谈准噶尔盆地今后的勘探思路。这次会议取得了Efor的效果，大家指出了准噶尔盆地今后勘探方向和应注意的问题，以促进新疆油田油气储量、产量的不断增长，大体形成了以下的构思。 At the turn of the century, the Xinjiang Petroleum Administration Committee of Experts organized new and old experts at the Karamay Exploration and Development Research Institute in early July 1999 to discuss future exploration ideas in the Junggar Basin. The meeting achieved the effect of Efor. We pointed out the future exploration direction of the Junggar Basin and issues that should be noticed so as to promote the continuous growth of oil and gas reserves and output in Xinjiang Oilfield, and generally formed the following ideas.
