我国对于红十字运动历史的研究开始于上世纪末期,十多年来学术成果不断问世,学术论文之外还有“书系”出版,逐步形成了相对独立的研究领域。2008年汶川震后的救灾过程中,中国及世界各地的红十字会展开了积极有效的救助活动,其影响及作用受到世人注目,同时我国学术界对红十字会历史的研究形成了热点,在现有的研究成果之后,学者们还有更大的期待。2009年4月,苏州大学召开以“红十字运动与慈善文化”为主题的学术研讨会,聚集了一批红十字运动史与慈善文化的研究力量,大家对红十字运动史学科体系的建构、研究中学术视角的转换、红十字运动与慈善文化的关系、红十字会与政府关系等相关理论问题阐发不少思考,也对红十字运动研究的资料建设、理论方法、学科发展问题等提出许多建设性的意见,还有学者对慈善事业进行了深度思考。本刊结合研究特点,约请有关专家根据各自的思考抒发己见,以促进红十字运动与慈善文化研究的进一步深入和发展。
Our study of the history of the Red Cross Movement began in the late last century. Academic achievements have come out in more than a decade. Besides, academic papers have also been published in the Book Series, and gradually formed a relatively independent research field. In the process of relief after the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, active and effective relief activities were carried out by the Red Cross Society of China and other parts of the world. The influence and role of the Red Cross Society has drawn worldwide attention. At the same time, the academic circles of our country have formed a hot spot in the study of the Red Cross history. After the existing research results, scholars have more expectations. In April 2009, Suzhou University held a symposium on the theme of “Red Cross Movement and Charity Culture”. It gathered a group of research forces on the history of the Red Cross movement and philanthropic culture. All members of the Red Cross Movement history subject system The construction of academic circles, the conversion of academic perspectives in research, the relationship between the Red Cross Movement and philanthropic culture, the relationship between the Red Cross Society and the government, and so on. It also analyzes the data construction, theoretical methods, subject development issues of the study of the Red Cross Movement Put forward many constructive suggestions, and some scholars have conducted deep thinking on charity. The journal combines the characteristics of the study and invites relevant experts to express their opinions based on their own thinking so as to promote the further study and development of the Red Cross Movement and philanthropic culture.
