本文在17根直线配筋无粘结部分预应力砼梁(下文简称无粘结PPC梁)试验研究的基础上,通过8根曲线配筋无粘结PPC梁的试验研究分析。找出了曲线型无粘结预应力筋束的极限应力分布规律,提出了曲线型无粘结PPC梁抗剪强度的计算公式。本文的计算公式可适用于无粘结PPC直线型及曲线型配筋的梁。最后我们把建议公式与试验结果进行了比较,其吻合程度良好,本文结果可为今后这方面的研究提供试验依据及无粘结PPC梁的设计提供参考。
Based on the experimental research of 17 non-bonded partially prestressed concrete beams with linear reinforcement (hereinafter referred to as unbonded PPC beams), the experimental research and analysis of 8 unbonded PPC beams with reinforcing steel bars are carried out. The ultimate stress distribution law of curvilinear unbonded prestressed tendons was found, and the formula for calculating the shear strength of curvilinear unbonded PPC beams was proposed. The calculation formula in this paper can be applied to beams without bonding PPC straight and curved reinforcement. Finally, we compare the proposed formula with the experimental results, and their good agreement is good. The results of this paper can provide reference for the future research in this area and the design of unbonded PPC beams.
