阐述了中国加入 WTO 后出版业集团化发展的现状和现行科技期刊出版体制的弊端,指出虚拟集团化是目前现实可行的科技期刊体制发展模式并分析了其实现的可行性及可获得的优越性,提出了按行业组建虚拟化科技期刊出版集团的操作设想。
It expounds the status quo of collectivization of publishing industry after the accession to WTO and the defects of the current publishing system of sci-tech periodicals. It points out that virtual collectivization is a realistic and feasible sci-tech development mode of sci-tech periodicals and analyzes its feasibility and superiority , Put forward the operation idea of setting up virtualized science and technology periodical publishing group by industry.
