This article describes a microprocessor-controlled multi-channel analyzer (MCA) that uses direct memory access technology to get data quickly. By the Intel company assembled to 8086 as the central processing unit hardware, made a brief introduction to the system. Through the front panel switches and keyboard gives instructions to the MCA operation. At the same time, the structure of the instructions and the various softwares that implement the functions are also discussed. There are ruler options; spectrum comparison and transfer; mark meaningful areas; arithmetic operations; spectral differentiation and integration. The source and target codes of the corresponding programs and subroutines are also introduced.
