我院自1985年至1997年共收治因取环、刮宫不当等原因致子宫穿孔合并肠穿孔9例,均为年轻女性。取环穿孔4例,电吸头吸宫穿孔3例,卵圆钳操作不当1例,探针使用不当1例。子宫穿孔部位:子宫前后壁各1例,宫底穿孔3例,子宫左右角各2例。9例中有1例子宫3处穿孔,穿孔大小0.3～2cm。单纯合并小肠穿孔4例,小肠穿孔合并肠系膜损伤2例,直肠穿孔2例,乙状结肠穿孔1例。有1例小肠有6处穿孔,裂口大小0.5～3cm。穿孔至剖腹探查手术时间2～17小时,平均6小时。术后并发切口裂开1
In our hospital from 1985 to 1997 were treated due to ring, curettage and other reasons caused by uterine perforation and bowel perforation in 9 cases, all young women. 4 cases of ring perforation, electric suction head suction hole in 3 cases, oval pliers improper operation in 1 case, improper use of the probe in 1 case.
