急诊医学是一门新兴的具有多专业性质的临床边缘学科。急诊科作为急诊医学的主体,肩负着急诊临床教学研究的重任,是住院医师规范化培训的重要基地。急诊科临床抢救任务繁重,极易发生医患纠纷。及时有效的进行医患沟通是急诊科住院医师一项必备的临床技能,同时也是建立和谐医患关系的前提。采用病例导入式教学与以问题为基础的学习相结合的方式,可以充分调动学生的积极性,取得良好的教学效果。本文总结急诊科住院医师医患沟通能力教学的技巧,浅析并分享相关教学经验。
Emergency medicine is an emerging multidisciplinary clinical edge discipline. As the main body of emergency medicine, emergency department is shouldering the responsibility of emergency clinical teaching research and an important base for standardized training of residents. Emergency Department of clinical rescue tasks are heavy, prone to medical disputes. The timely and effective communication between doctors and patients is an essential clinical skill for residency in emergency department and a prerequisite for building a harmonious relationship between doctors and patients. The combination of case-guided teaching and problem-based learning can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of students and achieve good teaching results. This article summarizes the emergency department residency doctor-patient communication skills teaching skills, analysis and sharing of relevant teaching experience.
