目的探讨垂体瘤治疗过程中的垂体激素变化,为术后垂体功能检验提供依据。方法采用经翼点及经蝶行垂体腺瘤切除术,于手术前1周,术中及术后1、3、5、7、14、21 d同一时间段抽取静脉血,检测血清中催乳素(PRL)、生长激素(GH)和促肾上腺皮质激素(ACTH)水平。结果手术全切对激素影响与切除不全的相比具显著性差异。结论手术治疗可以明显改善垂体瘤患者术前高激素水平状态。
Objective To investigate the changes of pituitary hormone during the treatment of pituitary tumor and provide the basis for postoperative pituitary function test. Methods Pituitary adenomas and transsphenoidal pituitary adenomas were used in the study. Venous blood was collected at the same time before surgery, 1, 3, 5, 7, 14, and 21 days after operation. Serum prolactin (PRL), growth hormone (GH) and adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) levels. The results of surgical resection of hormone effects and incomplete resection compared with a significant difference. Conclusion Surgical treatment can significantly improve the preoperative high hormone levels in pituitary tumor patients.
