采矿方法和采场结构参数的正确与否是确定经济合理开发地下矿床的关键因素之一。1981年Golder公司以岩体分级为基础建立了岩体质量和采场跨度之间的经验关系。文章简要介绍了Golder公司创建的Mathew法设计采场结构参数的程序和步骤，并用这种方法初步确定了谦比西矿采场结构参数。
The correctness of the mining method and stope structure parameters is one of the key factors in determining the economic development of underground deposits. In 1981, Golder established an empirical relationship between rock mass and stope span based on rock mass grading. This paper briefly introduces the procedures and steps of designing the stope structure parameters by Mathew method, which is created by Golder Company. The structure parameters of the Chambishi mine stope are preliminarily determined by this method.
