目的：采取光固化封闭的方法治疗面牙本质敏感症；方法：用粘固剂涂布过敏牙本质表面并与氟化钠脱敏剂相比较，结合电镜扫描分析其作用机理；结果：经光固封闭治疗牙本质过敏症其疗效明显优于对照组，除即刻与对照组无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）差异外，对三个月、半年后观察疗效均有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０１），光固封闭脱敏法经三个时间段观察差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０．０５）；结论：光固化封闭治疗是一种较理想的治疗本质敏感症的方法
OBJECTIVE: To adopt light-curing and occluding method to treat facial dentin hypersensitivity.METHODS: The surface of allergic dentin was coated with cement and compared with sodium fluoride desensitizer, the mechanism of action was analyzed by scanning electron microscope.Results: The therapeutic effect of phototherapy and solid obturation on dentin hypersensitivity was significantly better than that of the control group, except for the immediate difference with the control group (P> 0.05), and the significant difference was observed after three months and six months (P <0.01). There was no significant difference in the photoperiod desensitization between the three time points (P> 0.05). Conclusion: Photocura- tive blockade therapy is an ideal method for the treatment of essential allergy
