目的探讨公平公正的护理评优方法,提高护理单元管理效益。方法成立护理评优活动小组,制定护理单元评优量化指标体系,包括护理服务、科研、临床教学3个一级指标,分别设置5~7个二级指标并确定指标权重及计分方法。结果 2015年申报评优的护理单元增多,申报评优护理单元的护理服务、科研、临床教学得分及总分显著高于2014年(均P<0.01)。结论建立合理的护理单元评优量化指标体系有利于提高护理单元评优活动参与性,改善护理工作质量。
Objective To explore a fair and equitable nursing evaluation method to improve the efficiency of nursing unit management. Methods The nursing evaluation team was set up to establish a quantitative evaluation index system of nursing unit evaluation, including three first-level indicators of nursing service, scientific research and clinical teaching. Five second-level indicators of secondary indicators were set and the index weights and scoring methods were determined. Results The number of nursing units applying for appraisal in 2015 increased. The score of nursing service, scientific research, clinical teaching and score of applying for appraising nursing unit was significantly higher than that of 2014 (all P <0.01). Conclusion Establishing a reasonable quantitative evaluation index system for nursing unit evaluation is helpful to improve the participation of nursing unit evaluation activities and improve the quality of nursing work.
