大功引黄灌区是河南省大型灌区之一,也是豫北水资源紧缺区举足轻重的灌溉兴利工程,具有农业灌溉、防汛排涝、地下水回补和工业与城乡生活和生态供水的功能。该灌区自建成以来一直没有发挥应有的效益,管理问题、工程建设等问题是制约该灌区发展的瓶颈。文章对该灌区存在问题进行了分析,阐述了应采取的措施和建议。 Daxin Yellow River Irrigation District is one of the major irrigation districts in Henan Province and is also an important irrigation and water conservancy project in the water shortage area in northern Henan Province. It has the functions of agricultural irrigation, flood control and drainage, groundwater recharge and industrial, urban and rural life and ecological water supply. Since the project was completed, the irrigated area has not been able to exert its due benefits. Problems such as management and engineering construction are the bottlenecks restricting the development of the irrigated area. The article analyzes the existing problems in the Irrigation District and elaborates the measures and suggestions to be taken.
