省墙改工作会议后,我省各地墙改步伐普遍加快。到5月中旬,已有大连、抚顺、本溪、辽阳、阜新等6个市成立了墙改领导机构。但从各地情况看,对农村的墙改工作还没有引起足够的重视。最近,我们对鞍山市旧堡区沙河乡判甲炉村做了调查,该村采用新、旧陌种墙体材料建造了30栋二层农民住宅搂,通过功能对比,新型墙体材料受到了农民欢迎。该村位于鞍山市东北部,距市区10公里。全村共有居民600户,人口3000人,耕地1500亩。十一届三中全
After the provincial wall reform work conference, the pace of wall reforms in our province has generally accelerated. By mid-May, six cities including Dalian, Fushun, Benxi, Liaoyang, and Fuxin have established leadership agencies for wall reform. However, from the perspective of local conditions, we have not paid enough attention to the rural wall reform work. Recently, we conducted a survey on Jujiao Village in Shahe Township, Anbao City, Anshan City. The village used new and old unfamiliar wall materials to build 30 second-floor peasant dwellings. Through the comparison of functions, the new wall material was affected. Farmers welcome. The village is located in the northeast of Anshan City, 10 kilometers from the city. The village has a total of 600 households, a population of 3,000 people and 1,500 acres of arable land. The third session of the 11th
