本文结合新疆地下水的特点,利用系统工程的思想,阐述了地下水系统的概念,着重讨论了水源地规划管理的五种线性(非线性)规划模型的建立。对新疆流域地下水资源的规划管理也提出了建设性的模型。最后概述了一个计算实例。
Based on the characteristics of groundwater in Xinjiang and using the idea of system engineering, this paper elaborates the concept of groundwater system and focuses on the establishment of five linear (nonlinear) planning models for water source planning and management. The planning and management of groundwater resources in Xinjiang Basin also put forward a constructive model. Finally, a calculation example is outlined.
