自动化任务的复杂性正日益提高,进而发展出分散控制的概念。由于通过工业以太网来连接智能外设这一情况越来越普遍,独立且灵活的模块化结构的应用日益增多。独立的子系统和模块与控制器相连,集成为整机的情况将变得更为常见。如今,最高级生产系统的一个重要要求在于将ERP级到现场级的所有通讯集成在一起。为消除IT和自动化间的障碍,设备所有者越来越倾向于开放OPCUA标准。然而,当面对具有实时要求的复杂过程时,OPG UA有其局限性。不过得益于贝加莱时间敏感型网络(TSN),这一情况很快将得到改变。
The complexity of automation tasks is increasing, and the concept of decentralized control is developed. Due to the growing prevalence of connecting intelligent peripherals over Industrial Ethernet, the use of independent and flexible modular structures is increasing. The integration of separate subsystems and modules with the controller and integration into a complete machine will become more common. Today, an important requirement of the most advanced production systems is the integration of all communications from the ERP level to the field level. To eliminate the barriers between IT and automation, device owners are increasingly turning to OPCUA standards. However, OPG UA has its limitations when it comes to complex processes that have real-time requirements. However, thanks to the time-sensitive network at Bengal (TSN), this situation will soon change.
