根据《中华人民共和国货物进出口管理条例》和我国加入世界贸易组织的有关承诺,国家经贸委最近公布了2003年汽车轮胎进口配额总量、分配依据和申请程序。凡符合条件的汽车轮胎进口单位均可通过国家经贸委授权的进口配额管理机构提出申请或直接向国家经贸委提出申请。国家经贸委受理申请的时间为2002年8月1日至8月31日。 一、进口配额总量:2003年汽车轮胎进口配额总量为123万条。
According to the Regulations of the People’s Republic of China on the Control of the Import and Export of Goods and the relevant commitments of China’s accession to the World Trade Organization, the State Economic and Trade Commission recently announced the total amount of quotas, distribution basis and application procedures for import of automobile tires in 2003. All eligible automobile tire importers may apply through the quota management authority authorized by the State Economic and Trade Commission or directly apply to the State Economic and Trade Commission. State Economic and Trade Commission accepted the application for the time from August 1, 2002 to August 31. I. Total Import Quota: In 2003, the total import quota for automobile tires was 1.23 million.
