企业在进行技术创新时,要关注知识资本的投资管理。文章分析知识资本的构成及特点,并从知识资本的五方面分别给出企业在进行技术创新时的企业知识资本投资策略。
Enterprises in technological innovation, we must pay attention to the intellectual capital investment management. This paper analyzes the composition and characteristics of knowledge capital, and gives the strategy of knowledge capital investment of enterprises in technological innovation from five aspects of knowledge capital respectively.
