In order to strengthen patriotism education, we must further implement the “National Flag Law of the People’s Republic of China” (hereinafter referred to as the “Flag Law”), safeguard the dignity of the People’s Republic of China flag (hereinafter referred to as the national flag) and enhance the concept of citizenship. To this end, the provincial people’s government has decided to strengthen the supervision and administration of the production, sale, promotion and use of the national flag within the province. Now,
