用活ＳＲ菌０．２×１０５、２×１０１０／ｍｌ三种剂量给小鼠单次灌胃和腹腔注射，观察１４夭，研究ＳＲ菌的毒力。用死ＳＲ菌０、２×１０５、２×１０１０／ｍｌ三种剂量给小鼠单次灌胃和腹腔注射，现察１４天，研究ＳＲ菌的毒性，用ＳＲ菌代谢产物给小鼠灌胃，每日１次，每次０．３ｍｌ／只，连续７天，研究ＳＲ菌的致毒性。斑马鱼在含ＳＲ菌０．５×１０５／ｍｌ浓度的标准稀释液中静水式训养４天，研究ＳＲ菌对斑马鱼的急性毒性。结果表明ＳＲ菌的毒力，毒性、致毒性都在无毒范围。

The results show that SR virulence, toxicity, toxicity are in the non-toxic range.
