“我由一名教师当上了校长,职务提升了,政冶素质却没有相应提高,现存检查起来,是我的世界观没有改造好,放松了对自己的自律要求……人家都说我大方,什么人都请吃,我的这些做法,却忽视了党和国家的反腐规定……”这是在接受公开审理后,利用职务之便贪污公款、违反廉洁自律规定挥霍浪费公款的柳州市柳城县某乡村小学校长韦某的反思。2004年11月26日,柳城县纪委对韦某一案进行公开审理,这也是柳州市纪检监察机关第一次公开审理党纪政纪案件。
