冠状动脉粥样硬化型心脏病的充血性心力衰竭和/或心律失常型(以下简称冠心病)与痨型克山病(以下简称痨克),由于两者病变部位多为心肌多发性分布之病灶,且易累及心肌传导系统,临床表现易混淆,为鉴别两病,我院于1979年1月至1982年5月将住院病人中病历较完整的冠心病100例,(以下称冠心病组)和痨型克山病50例(称痨克组)进行对比分析,现报告如下。
