我国提出建设社会主义市场经济制度。市场经济从某种意义上讲是一种法治经济,公司法对于构建法治经济起到巨大的作用。那么,公司法要实现此种目标,首先就得确立正确的价值追求,在市场经济环境下,公司法的价值诉求不但受制于经济发展状况,也受制于社会文化思想。文章依据我国不同发展阶段的经济发展状况以及文化思想发展水平讨论我国公司法价值的变化,并进一步分析公司法价值的未来发展。
Our country proposes to set up a socialist market economy. In a sense, the market economy is a kind of economy run by the rule of law. The company law plays a huge role in building a law-based economy. So, to achieve such a goal, the company law must first establish the correct value pursuit. Under the market economy environment, the value appeal of corporate law is not only limited by the economic development but also by the social and cultural thinking. Based on the economic development in different stages of development in our country and the development of cultural thought, the article discusses the change of corporate law value in our country and further analyzes the future development of corporate law value.
