为解决“一个区域内多个停靠站点的选址”问题,提出了基于最短距离的系统聚类综合优化方法,对资金约束下的农村公路客运停靠站点进行选址。该方法首先利用基于最短距离的系统聚类法进行居民点分类,将整个待研究区域划分成不同的居住子区域;然后利用重心法确定各子区域停靠点的理想位置;最后将理想停靠点映射到附近道路上,得到农村公路客运停靠点实际最佳位置。该方法能有效均衡建设成本上限与服务质量下限的约束,有效解决区域内多级别、分层次的停靠站点系统选址问题。论文最后以一个实例展示了该方法的实施过程,并验证了该方法的合理性和可行性。
