2月 一场春雨 尽扫冬意 今年刚一开春,特区政府就给市民送上一份厚礼——特区首份财政预算案。纾缓民困,不仅是特区政府的承诺,更是实实在在的行动。 十年冲天,一朝折翼,年初传来香港最大华资证券行百富勤倒闭的消息,曾令人黯然。而新财政预算案犹如下了一场“及时的春雨,扫尽了冬意”99％的市民从中得益,这让市民们心里感到热乎乎的。
