Between 10 and 12 November 2006,the Intellectual Property Law Society of the China Law Society held,at its annual meeting,the Symposium on Problem of and Im- provement of the System for Intellectual Property Enforce- ment.At the Symposium,participating experts,scholars and judicial workers made positive and constructive recommen- dations,which show the mainstream views as follows of the communities of IP theory and practice in China on the reform of the system for intellectual property enforcement.
