和平演变已成为当今国际敌对势力破坏和颠覆社会主义制度的基本战略和主要手段。反对和平演变的历史任务已经更为鲜明地提到我们中国共产党人面前。客观形势不允许我们在这个生死攸关的问题上麻痹大意,坐而论道,贻误时机。九十年代是反对和平演变的关键时期。我们应当谨慎地总结过去,冷静地观察现实,细致地规划未来,自上而下、争日计时、积极主动地做好反对和平演变的工作。对此,本文对反和平演变工作的对策谨作一定层次的探讨,盼能以此引起各个方面进一步思考和关注。
The peaceful evolution has become the basic strategy and main means by which today's international hostile forces undermine and subvert the socialist system.
