我厂是生产镗杆、钻杆的配件厂。而镗杆上的方孔加工却一直较困难,费时,质量难以保证。以往镗杆上方孔的加工工序是:钻底孔→插方孔→钳工修整→研磨。在插床上插削方孔是方孔加工的主要工序,承担了大部份金属的切除。但是,常规插削方孔存在着如下几个缺点: (1)插刀杆有让刀现象,使加工出的方孔呈喇叭口。 (2)插削的方孔成形精度很低,故钳工修整量大,耗时费工。 (3)插方孔用刀具系工人手工修磨,精度难于保证。为此,我们针对上述存在的问题,设计制造了专
