目的探讨低温等离子手术治疗常年变应性鼻炎的疗效。方法常年变应性鼻炎72例,表面麻醉鼻内镜下低温等离子切断筛前神经、翼管神经,黏膜下消融下鼻甲。结果术后随访1年,显效率83.3%(60/72),改善9.7%(7/72),无效7.0%(5/72)。结论低温等离子治疗常年变应性鼻炎操作简单,安全,效果好,有较高临床应用价值。 Objective To investigate the effect of low temperature plasma surgery on perennial allergic rhinitis. Methods 72 cases of perennial allergic rhinitis, surface anesthesia endoscopic hypothermia plasma anterior ethmoidal nerve, the pterygoid nerve, submucosal ablation of the inferior turbinate. Results One year follow-up showed significant improvement of 83.3% (60/72), improvement of 9.7% (7/72), and no effect of 7.0% (5/72). Conclusion Low-temperature plasma treatment of perennial allergic rhinitis is simple, safe, effective and has high clinical value.
