聚合物电介质深陷阱能态研究

采用光学参量振荡器(OPO)为激发光源,利用光激放电(PSD)测试技术研究了典型聚合物电介质材料的深陷阱能态。激发光源能够输出波长在210-420 nm范围内连续可调谐的激光,每个光脉冲平均能量为2.3 mJ,脉冲宽度为3-5 ns。实验表明,该光源可以很好地工作于PSD测试系统中,同时测得聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯(PET)内存在活化能为4.27 eV的单一深陷阱,而聚丙烯(PP)中存在活化能分别为4.92 eV与5.17 eV的深陷阱。这些数据是表征聚合物电介质材料中陷阱态的基本参数。
