目的 分析对比经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术与传统后路小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效.方法 选取本院接收的腰椎间盘突出症患者50例,经住院单双病号分组,各25例,常规组行传统后路小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术治疗,实验组行经皮椎间孔镜TESSYS技术治疗,对比两组临床疗效.结果实验组患者术中出血量明显少于常规组,手术切口、手术时间、术后卧床时间、住院时间明显短于常规组,随访1年手术效果优良率96.00％明显高于常规组76.00％(P0.05).结论 经皮椎间孔镜 TESSYS 技术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效比传统后路小切口椎板开窗髓核摘除术更加显著,术后疼痛感更轻,腰椎功能恢复更快,手术安全性更高.
