第三次经济全球化的浪潮出现在经济危机后世界经济围绕复苏与增长的演变时期,对于中国来说,经济全球化3.0时代到来之时,应当具有全球视野的大局观。本文从一带一路互通观念出发,简要论述全球化的经济均势发展以及中国经济的活力与创新,从中对自由化贸易以及贸易结构调整进行分析,结合中俄跨境电子商务实例,对机遇与前景进行了展望。
The wave of the third economic globalization appears in the evolutionary period in which the world economy revolves around recovery and growth after the economic crisis. For China, when the 3.0 economic globalization is approaching, it should have a global perspective.
