临床为了尽快选配供受者,常常需要快速分离纯化T、B淋巴细胞,进行HLA快速分型。应用免疫磁珠法与传统方法从等待肾移植的肾脏病患者和供体捐献者的静脉或腹腔血中分离T、B淋巴细胞,进行HLA—Ⅰ、Ⅱ类抗原组织配型。结果显示,在HLA组织分型中免疫磁珠法操作简单快速,分离的淋巴细胞纯度高、活力强、实验结果准确、分型抗原易于指定,有利于临床快速选配供受体等特点。在肾移植组织配型中可取代传统的方法。
Clinically, in order to get donors as soon as possible, it is often necessary to rapidly isolate and purify T and B lymphocytes for rapid HLA typing. Immunomagnetic beads and traditional methods were used to separate T and B lymphocytes from the vein or abdominal blood of kidney patients and donor donors awaiting renal transplantation for HLA class I and class II antigen tissue typing. The results showed that immunomagnetic beads method was simple and rapid in HLA typing. The isolated lymphocytes had high purity, strong vitality, accurate experimental results, easy typing of typing antigens, and rapid clinical matching of receptors. In kidney transplantation tissue matching can replace the traditional method.
