我市从70年代开始生产加气砼,随着生产工艺的日臻成熟,可稳定生产强度等级在5.0-7.5级的加气材料,在框架中大量使用它做填充材料。但加气砼是一种低弹性模量的轻质材料,与水泥砂浆的线膨胀系数相差较大,接触面形成的强度低,经风吹日晒、热胀冷缩之后,易脱落,易形成裂纹继而渗水。这个问题的存在严重阻碍了加气砼的大量应用。
The city began to produce aerated concrete from the 1970s. With the mature production process, the aerated materials with a strength grade of 5.0-7.5 can be stably produced, and it is widely used as a filler material in the framework. However, aerated concrete is a kind of lightweight material with low elastic modulus, which has a large difference in linear expansion coefficient from cement mortar, and the strength of contact surface is low. It is easy to fall off after being exposed to the wind, the sun, and the thermal expansion and contraction. Cracks form and then seep. The existence of this problem has seriously hampered the large number of applications for aeronautics.
