急性氰化物中毒主要由于抑制细胞色素氧化酶aa_3,阻断组织细胞的生物氧化过程,引起中毒性缺氧。有关急性氰化物中毒的毒理及防治,国内外均已进行了深入研究,然而慢性氰化物中毒尚未引起足够的重视。事实上许多疾病与慢性氰化物中毒有关,并且这些疾病多是难以治愈的。因此,在有高效价抗毒药物治疗急性氰化物中毒的今天,对慢性氰中毒的研究日趋重要。
Acute cyanide poisoning mainly due to inhibition of cytochrome oxidase aa_3, blocking the biological oxidation of tissue cells, causing toxic hypoxia. The toxicity and prevention and treatment of acute cyanide poisoning have been studied thoroughly at home and abroad, however, chronic cyanide poisoning has not yet attracted enough attention. In fact, many diseases are related to chronic cyanide poisoning, and most of these diseases are difficult to cure. Therefore, in the treatment of acute cyanide poisoning with high titer antitoxic drugs, the research on chronic cyanosis is becoming more and more important.
