在 MMH钻井液中加入一种酸溶性纤维材料 LCD,利用高温高压动失水仪在人造裂缝岩心和非裂缝岩心上进行动态模拟损害评价 ;然后用渗透率梯度仪评价岩心受损害的程度和深度。经对比分析发现 ,这种钻井液在未加 LCD前 ,虽然具有良好的滤失特性和流变特性 ,但对油气层的损害较大 ;加入 LCD后 ,在岩心裂缝处形成有效封堵 ,固相侵入深度显著降低 ,而流变性和滤失特性均很好 ;在含有 LCD的钻井液所形成的滤饼上进行酸溶性实验 ,发现滤饼在 1 5%的盐酸中完全溶解。
A kind of acid-soluble fiber material LCD was added to the MMH drilling fluid, and the dynamic simulated damage evaluation was made on artificial fractured core and non-cracked core using a high-temperature and high-pressure dynamic loss water analyzer. Then the permeability gradient was used to evaluate the extent and depth of core damage . After comparative analysis, it is found that this drilling fluid has a great damage to the oil and gas formation although it has good filtration and rheological properties before LCD is added. After the LCD is added, it forms an effective blockage in the core cracks The phase invasion depth was significantly reduced, while the rheological and fluid loss properties were good. Acid-soluble experiments on the filter cake formed by the LCD-containing drilling fluid showed that the filter cake was completely dissolved in 15% hydrochloric acid.
