This paper introduces a new hot extrusion forming process for the material of the bearing bush, which can improve the performance of the aluminum-lead bearing bush by this method. Fatigue strength than conventional aluminum lead-bearing alloy produced by 30%, anti-seizure than other alloys increased by 10%.
