本文描述了一种使用二醇柱在等度条件下同时测定人参样品中七种活性人参皂苷的高效液相色谱方法。通过评价温度对分离性能的影响优化了色谱条件,使用药物分析的评价方法,结果表明:与传统的耗时的C_(18)固定相分离相比,此法更加灵敏和高效。实验结果也表明了此法在复杂人参样品中人参皂苷的定量测定中具有潜在的能力。
This paper describes a high performance liquid chromatographic method for simultaneous determination of seven active ginsenosides in ginseng samples using a diol column under isocratic conditions. By evaluating the effect of temperature on the separation performance, the chromatographic conditions were optimized and the drug evaluation method was used. The results showed that this method was more sensitive and efficient than the traditional time-consuming C 18 stationary phase separation. The experimental results also show that this method has the potential ability of quantitative determination of ginsenosides in complex ginseng samples.
