1 临床资料 病例1,男,32岁,持续发热,最高体温达39℃,伴有乏力,纳差9d,恶心,频繁呕吐4d,精神障碍1d于1988年2月8日急诊入院。发病4周前有进食不洁毛蚶史。查体:躁动,定向力丧失,检查不合作,皮肤巩膜中度黄染,肝上下浊音界右锁骨中线7cm,腹部无移动性浊音。实验室检查:SB171.04μmol/L,ALT200U,A/G:50/30g/L,PT25s,对照12s,AFP650ng/ml,乙型肝炎病毒感染标志物(HBVM)阴
