本文研究了合成的反义脱氧寡核苷酸,包括修饰的和非修饰的,同聚的和异聚的脱氧寡核苷酸对小鼠SRS病毒复制的抑制作用。结果表明,所合成的寡聚物都有抑制活性。使用不同的寡核苷酸dC_(14),S-dC_9和18mer(PS),使体外培养的病毒感染细胞增殖的抑制率分别达到39%~96%,26%~97%和24%~90%,并且与寡核苷酸的剂量有关。感染细胞经dC_(14)处理后群落数由38/孔减少至22.5/孔;XC融合细胞数由11/孔减少至0/孔。而非感染的NIH3T3细胞,加和不加寡聚物均为0/孔。研究提示
In this paper, we studied the inhibitory effects of synthetic antisense oligodeoxynucleotides, including modified and non-modified, homomeric and heteromeric deoxyribonucleotides, on mouse SRS virus replication. The results show that the synthesized oligomers have inhibitory activity. The inhibitory rates of virus-infected cells proliferation in vitro were 39% -96%, 26% -97% and 24% -90, respectively, using different oligonucleotides dC_ (14), S-dC_9 and 18mer (PS) %, And related to the dosage of the oligonucleotide.
