思想政治工作建设是事业单位发展过程中的重要课题,它也是党建工作中的重点内容,有助于推动社会主义事业的健康发展。传统观念的制约和基础设施的不完善,使中国事业单位思想政治工作中仍然存在很多问题,事业单位要结合自身发展背景,对思想政治工作方法和内容等进行创新,不断提高思想政治工作水平。本文对事业单位思想政治工作中存在的问题进行分析,并提出具体创新方法。
The construction of ideological and political work is an important issue in the process of the development of public institutions. It is also a key issue in the party building work and helps promote the healthy development of the socialist cause. The restriction of traditional concepts and the imperfection of infrastructure make many problems still exist in the ideological and political work of public institutions in China. Institutions should, in light of their own development background, innovate the methods and contents of ideological and political work so as to continuously raise the level of ideological and political work. This article analyzes the existing problems in the ideological and political work of institutions and puts forward specific innovative methods.
