自2001年委内瑞拉项目GW58队作为大庆油田工程技术服务第一支踏出国门的队伍,至今已有14年,尤其是大庆钻探工程公司钻井一公司的GW85队还曾成功打入了美国钻井市场。针对海外项目队伍不断增多、市场份额的不断扩大,面对新环境以及新任务,如何把海外项目工会办成一个让党组织放心、海外员工信赖的群众组织,这些都给海外项目工会工作提出更高的要求。笔者结合工作实际,就海外项目如何开展好工会工作,谈几点建议和思考。
Since 2001, the GW58 team of Venezuela project has been the first team to go abroad for engineering and technical services of Daqing Oilfield for 14 years. In particular, the GW85 team from Daqing Drilling Company Drilling Company has also successfully penetrated the U.S. drilling market. In response to the increasing number of overseas projects and the continuous expansion of market share, how to turn oversea project unions into a reassuring party organization and mass organizations trusted by overseas staff in the face of new circumstances and new tasks have all contributed more to the overseas project union work High demand. The author combined with the actual work on how to carry out overseas trade union work, talk about a few suggestions and thinking.
