目的探讨分析儿童消化性溃疡的病因及X线诊断作用。方法选取我院2015年1月至2016年1月期间收治的15例消化性溃疡患儿,给予X线诊断机胃肠道双重造影,研究患儿患病原因及X线表现。结果消化性溃疡患儿的临床特征为:(1)十二指肠球部溃疡发生率多于胃溃疡。(2)临床表现和成人的临床表现存在差异。结论儿童消化性溃疡发生部位、X线征象和成人患者类似。
Objective To analyze the etiology and X-ray diagnosis of peptic ulcer in children. Methods Fifteen children with peptic ulcer admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were enrolled in this study. The gastrointestinal double radiography was performed on the X-ray diagnostic machine to study the etiology and X-ray findings of the children. Results The clinical features of children with peptic ulcer were: (1) The incidence of duodenal ulcer was higher than that of gastric ulcer. (2) clinical manifestations and adult clinical manifestations of differences. Conclusion The incidence of peptic ulcer in children is similar to that of adult patients.
