应用荧光双标法观察大鼠脊神经节神经元周围突于输尿管和体壁的分支投射,在注射侧可见如下三种标记细胞:NY单标细胞;FB单标细胞和NY/FB双标细胞.在全部标记的11090个细胞中,每种标记细胞的百分数分别为72.1%,26.3%,1.5%.此结果为临床牵涉痛的发生机制进一步提供了形态学解释.
Fluorescent double-labeled method was used to observe the projection of the branch projecting to the ureter and the body wall around the spinal ganglion neurons. Three types of labeled cells were observed on the injection side: NY single-labeled cells; FB single-labeled cells and NY / FB double-labeled cells. The percentage of labeled cells in each of 11090 labeled cells was 72.1%, 26.3% and 1.5%, respectively.This result further provided a morphological explanation for the pathogenesis of clinical involvement.
