公用电信网间互联互通工作作为电信监管的重要工作内容之一,也是衡量我国电信业竞争是否充分有效的重要标志。近两年来,随着信息产业部对互联互通监管工作力度的逐渐加强,以及在技术手段上的不断完善,目前国內电信市场的互联互通整体水平不断提升,整体形式明显好转。特别是在信息产业部科技司和电信管理局领导下全面开展的互联互通标准工作,对互联互通的监管工作给予了有力的支撑。
As one of the important work contents of telecom regulation, public telecommunication network interconnection and interworking is also an important symbol to measure whether the competition in China’s telecommunications industry is fully and effectively validated. In the recent two years, with the gradual enhancement of supervision by the Ministry of Information Industry on interconnection and interworking and constant improvement in technical means, the overall level of interconnection and interoperability in the domestic telecommunications market has been continuously improved and the overall form has obviously improved. In particular, the standard work of interconnection and interoperability conducted under the leadership of the Science and Technology Department of the Ministry of Information Industry and the Telecommunications Administration gave strong support to the supervision of interoperability.
