蛭弧菌是一类具有噬菌体功能,对能导致水产品病害和人类食物中毒的致病菌具有良好裂解清除效果的寄生性微生物。从南海海域的海泥中筛选得到4株蛭弧菌,并对其裂解能力做了研究。结果表明,4株海洋性蛭弧菌对能导致海洋水产品病害的55株致病或潜在致病菌具有比较好的裂解能力,裂解率分别为60.0%、50.9%、52.7%和61.8%,若考虑不同菌株间的协同作用,裂解率达83.6%。研究结果为蛭弧菌在控制水产业源头致病菌污染方面的应用提供了理论依据。
Bdellovibrio is a group of parasitic microorganisms that have bacteriophage function and have good lysis and elimination effects on pathogenic bacteria that can cause aquatic diseases and human food poisoning. Four strains of Bdellovibrio were screened from the sea mud in the South China Sea, and their lysis capacity was studied. The results showed that four strains of marine Bdellovibrio had good lytic ability against 55 pathogenic or potential pathogenic bacteria causing marine aquatic diseases with the rates of 60.0%, 50.9%, 52.7% and 61.8%, respectively. If we consider the synergism between different strains, the cracking rate was 83.6%. The results provide a theoretical basis for the application of Bdellovibrio in controlling the source of pathogenic bacteria in aquatic products.
